Rental Wheels, operated by TechieGenz Softwares, lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the Rental Wheels app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Delete by email
If you can’t access the app, email hello@techiegenz.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify and complete the request within 7 working days.
Before you delete
- You must have no active or upcoming trip (as a renter or an owner). Complete or cancel it first.
- Owners: withdraw any remaining wallet balance before deleting.
What gets deleted
- Your profile name, email, phone and photo are anonymised so you can no longer be identified.
- Your KYC and driving-licence documents and details are removed.
- Your saved devices (push notifications) are removed and your listings are taken offline.
What is retained, and for how long
We retain anonymised records of completed bookings and GST tax invoices for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (currently up to 8 years). These records no longer identify you personally. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
